 Searching reviews on Google or Facebook has become a staple for customers before purchasing a product or service from a business!  The marine business is no different, searching reviews is a good way to know that the company you are thinking of purchasing from is reputable and stands behind their products.  At Kelly's Port, we love that we hear from so many of our customers, some are guests fueling their boats and others are purchasing the boat of their dreams.   In this blog, we will highlight some of our reviews from 2020.

"We will be Kelly's Port customers for life. While we had a wonderful experience during the sales process and working with Chad, real service has a tendency to come to light when there is a problem. When we purchased our Regal everyone we met was as friendly as could be and said when you buy from Kelly's Port you buy our service as well. We didn't know what that truly meant until we had a problem out on the water. It was a Tuesday so the service area was closed and the message said to call the cell phone of one of the Kelly sons if it was an emergency. I am in no way advocating for bothering these wonderful people on their day off but in our case, we didn't know what else to do. They got in touch with us promptly and tried to walk us through fixing the problem. When they realized we weren't going to be able to fix it ourselves they asked for our location and arrived to help us in less than twenty minutes. Not only did they arrive but the whole family was there as they were out on the water celebrating a little guy's 3rd birthday. They evaluated the most cost effective way to solve our problem at that moment and got us back up and running.
